Building 2 is nearing completion at Duo Luxury townhomes! The last few finishing touches are going into Unit 106, our 1935 Sq Ft DUO Flex Unit that will play host to our fully furnished show suite and sales center.

There is a lot happening on site at the Duo Luxury Townhomes Project in Parksville, BC. The first 7 units in buildings 1 and 2 are framed with all electrical and plumbing rough-in completed. We can’t wait to show you the gorgeous gas fireplaces featured in all of these units!
Deconstruction Vs. Demolition
Things are happening on site at DUO Townhomes in Parksville, BC. The existing houses are coming down, tree falling is complete, and excavation has started for Building 01. We’ve taken a slightly different approach to removing the existing houses and opted for deconstruction versus the more conventional approach of machine-based demolition. This type of salvage is common when the wood has high value due to its age, species, dimensions, character, etc. but is far less common when the wood is conventional dimensional lumber.
