Construction Update - May 31, 2022

Building 2 is nearing completion at Duo Luxury Townhomes! The last few finishing touches are going into Unit 106, our 1935 Sq Ft Duo Flex Unit that will play host to our fully furnished show suite and sales center. Even if you’ve already stopped by to have a look at progress during one of our recent open houses, be sure to come back for an opportunity to sit by the natural gas fireplace, relax on our expansive ocean view Primary Suite deck or pull up a stool at our kitchen island with its beautiful Cambria Countertop to enjoy a treat from one of Parksville’s local bakeries at our upcoming Grand Opening. We’ll be sending an invitation to everyone who has registered on the website or left us their contact information at our recent open houses.

Paving is happening on site over the next few days. We will soon have easy access to all framed units in the development so that buyers can get a feel for what the various building locations have to offer for views, privacy and accessibility. We are happy to make individual appointments to view the unsold units throughout the property. The earlier in the construction process that units are purchased, the more opportunity buyers will have to customize their unit exactly as they want it. If you have thoughts about how a floor plan might work better for you with a few changes we’d love to hear from you to see if we can make the custom modifications you desire.

Landscaping, complete with an underground sprinkler system, will be happening over the next month in front of Buildings 1 and 2 which line Hirst Avenue. Good-bye construction zone and hello afternoon BBQ on the patio! We can’t wait to show you what your new home can look like! Stay tuned!
