Construction Is Well Under Way

There is a lot happening on site at the Duo Luxury Townhomes Project in Parksville, BC. The first 7 units in buildings 1 and 2 are framed with all electrical and plumbing rough-in completed. We can’t wait to show you the gorgeous gas fireplaces featured in all of these units! The remaining 4 buildings are staggered in construction stages from starting concrete forming to installing trusses. The entire project is scheduled for completion at the end of 2022. Stay tuned for upcoming photos of the interior and exterior finishes as building 1 and 2 progress to completion over the next few months!
